BISAC's Publisher/Manufacturer Committee addresses issues related to X12 and EDI communications between publishers and manufacturers, to maintain a forum for publishers and manufacturers to come together to develop and maintain X12 and EDI communications.

Current Publisher/Manufacturer Committee Initiatives

• Publisher/Manufacturer recently formed a Joint Working Committee in partnership with the XBITS Group. The Joint Working Committee will promote the implementation of electronic transaction standards in the Book Manufacturing Supply Chain including the papiNet and XBITS standards.
