Ian Bradie
Press Distribution
Director, Cambridge University Press
Ian Bradie has 32 years of publishing distribution experience, the last
26 of which have been spent working for Cambridge in the UK and USA. His main
areas of management expertise are in customer services, inventory management,
and warehouse operations. As Press Distribution Director, he has responsibility
for the coordination of the Press' distribution facilities, and for the
strategic development and implementation of its distribution systems worldwide.
Mr. Bradie relocated to the USA in 1997 to head up the Press' distribution
center in Port Chester, NY with a brief to find and procure a larger facility
for the fast growing US distribution operation. This was successfully achieved
when he moved the operation to a purpose-built distribution center in West
Nyack, NY in 2003.
