Founded by Sally Dedecker in 1993, Sally Dedecker Enterprises—an outsource partner for members of the book industry—provides services in the area of marketing, distribution, sales and management.

 

With an extensive background in all aspects of the publishing and bookselling process, Ms. Dedecker’s clients rely on her expertise in distribution, publishing initiatives, and especially her dedication to efficient and effective sales and marketing efforts. Her in-depth experience with traditional trade markets, specialty markets, and consumer markets enables Ms. Dedecker to provide the critical knowledge and solutions needed for success.

 

A member of the book industry since 1977, Ms. Dedecker’s professional career has spanned more than two decades. Before starting her own company, she held positions as Vice President of Marketing for Ingram Book Company, Vice President of Sales for Simon & Schuster's Distribution Services Division, and key management positions for many other publishers.

 

Ms. Dedecker currently sits on the Board of the Book Industry Study Group. She is also a frequent speaker at publishing industry events and educational functions.
