Marcus Leaver was Corporate Development Director of Chrysalis Group PLC from 1998-2003, a global media company.In 2003 he became CEO of Chrysalis Books Group, and in 2005 he moved to the U.S. to take over as Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Publishing Co., Inc. He became President in January 2008.
