"The Book Industry Study Group has entered into a consultancy agreement with the plaintiffs behind the Google Settlement. Michael Healy, executive director at the not-for-profit US group, is understood to be dividing his time between BISG and the Book Rights Registry: the aim is to prepare the ground for the launch of the Book Rights Repository later this year."
