Environmental Trends and Climate Impacts: Findings from the U.S. Book Industry

Publication Background

In 2007, BISG and Green Press Initiative (GPI), with support from a number of industry sponsors, produced an environmental benchmarking survey that was sent out to over 1000 book industry stakeholders. These included representatives from book publishers, retailers, distribution companies, printers and paper mills. With the help of the Borealis Centre for Environment and Trade Research, the survey results were then compiled and analyzed and presented as part of this report.
