An increase in U.S.dollar price limit for the Bookland EAN Add-On barcode from $99.98 to $499.99 was approved during BISG's Annual Meeting in September 2004.

This action was taken in recognition of an increasing number of titles priced over $100. The rules for price encoding resulting from this action are shown in the PDF document below.
