AI Working Group Meeting
October meeting of the AI Working Group (registration required)
The BISG AI Working Group meets monthly via Zoom. Reporting to the BISG Workflow Committee, the working group is gathering information on—and fostering transparency around—the developing role of AI in the book industry.
Following its June 4 meeting, the working group has decided to continue meeting monthly as an informal discussion forum through September, with no formal deliverables, while BISG staff and BookNet Canada conducted the 2026 AI industry survey.
In this meeting, we'll look at those survey results to inform the working group's direction and future deliverables.
If you have specific topics or ideas you'd like to discuss, feel free to share them in advance. An agenda and any meeting materials will be distributed prior to the meeting.
