AI Working Group Meeting
September meeting of the AI Working Group (registration required)
The BISG AI Working Group meets monthly via Zoom. Reporting to the BISG Workflow Committee, the working group is gathering information on—and fostering transparency around—the developing role of AI in the book industry.
Following its June 4 meeting, the working group has decided to continue meeting monthly as an informal discussion forum through September, with no formal deliverables. During this period, BISG staff and BookNet Canada will conduct the 2026 AI industry survey; results will inform the group's direction and potential deliverables during this working group's October meeting.
If you have specific topics or ideas you'd like to discuss, feel free to share them in advance. An agenda and any meeting materials will be distributed prior to the meeting.
