BISAC to Thema Mapping Working Group Meeting

The BISG BISAC to Thema Mapping Working Group convenes annually to revise and expand the existing BISAC-to-Thema map following the publication of the latest BISAC subject code list every December. This collaborative effort—led by Michael Olenick and Connie Harbison—ensures that new and updated BISAC codes are accurately aligned with appropriate Thema classifications. The working group operates under the guidance of BISG’s Subject Codes Committee.
