Print purchasing decisions often hinge on managing average or EOY inventory levels, minimizing obsolescence risk, avoiding stockouts, or minimizing UMC. While each factor is crucial, they must be evaluated collectively within a framework that considers their impact on cash flow. In this session, BISG Supply Chain Committee Chair Ken Brooks (Amplify Education) will explore various metrics, discussing their strengths and weaknesses to help optimize your publishing inventory strategy.
Lunch & Learns are always highly interactive, so you'll have a chance to contribute at the session even if you don't send a question in advance.
