Metadata Best Practices Working Group Meeting
The BISG Metadata Best Practices Working Group meets monthly via Zoom and reports to BISG’s Metadata Committee. Led by Pat Payton (Clarivate), the group is currently updating BISG's Best Practices for Product Metadata guide and expects to publish the new edition in mid-2026.
Working group members must register in advance to receive their unique Zoom link (it will not be included in your calendar invitation). Agendas and materials are typically shared by email with active working group members the week prior to each meeting.
