Signals & Shifts: Tariffs, Trade, and Environmental Compliance in 2026

A Supply Chain Lunch & Learn

Tuesday, February 3, 2026
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (EST)
This webinar will be held via Zoom.
Category: Supply Chain Lunch & Learn Series

The regulatory and trade environment continues to evolve rapidly, with meaningful implications for publishing supply chains in 2025 and beyond. This February Lunch & Learn will provide an early-year briefing on key policy, regulatory, and trade developments shaping costs, compliance, and operational risk.

Topics may include:

  • European Union General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR): one year after implementation and what publishers should know now
  • Tariffs and trade policy: updates on U.S. tariff actions, the removal of the de minimis exemption, and implications for global supply chains and consumer pricing
  • U.S. Title II (ADA) regulations: new accessibility requirements for digital services and documents, with major compliance deadlines approaching in 2026
  • Paper and print regulation: updates following recent changes to the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), including delayed implementation and revised reporting requirements

As with all BISG Supply Chain Lunch & Learns, the session will be interactive, with time for discussion and questions. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of what’s changing, what’s coming next, and how to prepare.

Featured speakers to be announced!

About the Supply Chain Lunch & Learn Series

BISG's Supply Chain Lunch & Learns are always highly interactive, so you'll have a chance to contribute at the session. If you have any specific questions you'd like us to cover in this Lunch & Learn, you may send them in advance to info@bisg.org or simply add them to the chat during the session.

To allow participants to speak—and not just type questions—these sessions are conducted in a Zoom meeting (rather than webinar) format. Please take a moment to ensure that your microphone is muted until you'd like to contribute. While we encourage you to attend the live session, the conversation will be recorded and shared with registrants after the session takes place.
