Veristage develops AI tools built specifically for book publishing. Publishers in 15 countries use our flagship platform, Insight, across their full workflow: editorial, production, metadata and marketing, rights, and sales.
Insight processes full-length manuscripts, understands standards including BISAC, Thema, and ONIX, and supports editorial analysis, proofreading, translation, back-of-book indexing, alt text for accessibility compliance, style coding for typesetting, and marketing and metadata generation. It also includes production scheduling and task tracking.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Insight gives teams a secure environment built around their own content, standards, and expertise. Editorial judgment stays with the publisher: AI generates drafts, every output is editable, and document tools return tracked changes.
Veristage was co-founded in 2023 by Thomas Cox and Thomas Minkus, publishing veterans with decades in publishing technology and international publishing leadership.
Customer data is encrypted and never used to train AI models. Veristage is ISO 27001 certified.
